Meet Me


I’m an executive coach, researcher and former commercial director, and I work with leaders who think differently - people who want to communicate with confidence and lead authentically in complex environments.

After 25 years in senior commercial roles across global health and wellness brands, I founded Nexoria Insights to bring together my leadership experience with my doctoral research in identity, communication and neurodiversity.

As someone who was late diagnosed and proudly neurodivergent, my work is warm, direct and research-led. I help individuals build clarity, confidence and authentic authority, and I support organisations to create cultures where difference drives innovation, collaboration and psychological safety.
